HealSpace Copyright Terms & Conditions

These Copyright Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all content found within the HealSpace App, website, digital products, and any related platforms owned by HealSpace (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using HealSpace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership of Content

All materials on the HealSpace App and website are the exclusive property of HealSpace (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise stated. This includes:

• Text

• Guides and workbooks

• Audio recordings

• Videos

• App features and tools

• Artwork, graphics, logos, icons

• Designs, layouts, and interface elements

• Digital products and resources

• Source code, software, and databases

• Branding, trademarks, and intellectual property

All rights are reserved.

2. License to Use

HealSpace grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app and website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Modify

• Adapt

• Translate

• Upload or publish

• Sell or resell

• Reverse-engineer any part of the HealSpace content or platform

without prior written permission from HealSpace (Pty) Ltd.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HealSpace content to:

• Create competing products or services

• Develop training programs, courses, or apps

• Republishing material on websites or social media

• Use our content in counselling practices or workshops without licensing

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

• Claim ownership over any HealSpace intellectual property

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. User-Generated Content

If users submit comments, notes, journal entries, feedback, or uploads:

• You retain ownership of your personal content

• You grant HealSpace a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use this content for app functionality

• HealSpace will never publish or use personal content publicly without explicit permission

We respect your privacy and confidentiality at all times.

5. Copyright Infringement & Misuse

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used within HealSpace without permission, you may submit a written notice to:

• Your name and contact details

• Description of the copyrighted work

• Proof of ownership or authorization

• Specific details of where the material appears

HealSpace (Pty) Ltd will investigate promptly.

Unauthorized copying, distributing, or misuse of HealSpace’s intellectual property may lead to:

• Account suspension

• Legal claims for damages

• Permanent platform ban

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The HealSpace App may include:

• Third-party tools

• Stock images or audio

• Licensed frameworks or APIs

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

7. Trademark Notice

“HealSpace,” the HealSpace logo, brand elements, slogans, and digital assets are registered or pending trademarks of HealSpace (Pty) Ltd.

These may not be:

• Used

• Imitated

• Recreated

• Altered

• Displayed

without written authorization.

8. Termination of License

HealSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or content if:

• You violate these Terms

• Misuse or distribute copyrighted materials

• Engage in unlawful or harmful behavior

• Breach our Privacy Policy or general Terms & Conditions

9. Updates to Copyright Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HealSpace after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
