Cancellation Policy
Counseling Policy 1. Confidentiality All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during counseling will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to ensure your safety or the safety of others. 2. Session Duration Each session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes. Please arrive on time to make full use of your session. 3. Fees and Payments Session fees are due before or immediately after each appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment details will be provided upon booking. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. Full session fees apply. 6. Online Sessions For online counseling, please ensure a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. The same confidentiality and cancellation policies apply. 7. Emergencies and Crisis Support If you are in crisis or in need of immediate help, please contact your nearest emergency service or crisis helpline. Counseling sessions are not designed for emergency situations. 8. Professional Boundaries All sessions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner, with respect for both counselor and client boundaries.
